Lemon and green apple appear in an intense, dry profile. The wine is fresh, clean and zippy. Dried citrus peel and a hint of petrol are also present. Riesling comes from Naramata Bench in the Okanagan Valley of British Columbia. Serve it cool with oysters, Thai curry or appetizers; the dry citrus and apple character suits each of those pairings.
