The palate is silky and lightly creamy, moving from mild malt sweetness into cracked black pepper, dry herbs and a restrained floral note. The finish is warm, clean and moderately persistent, with spice gradually overtaking the initial sweetness. Serve well chilled, with a simple citrus garnish, or in a dry Martini where its grain, honey and pepper tones can remain precise.
