Cool and minty, with green herbs, eucalyptus and juniper. The wine is solid and energetic, with snappy acidity, lifted red plum, cassis and herbal notes. This Cabernet Sauvignon blend comes from Chile’s Maipo Valley. It spent sixteen months in French oak, with one quarter new barrels and the remainder second use, followed by eighteen months in bottle.
