Bellwoods / Revel Spontaneous Coolship Beer

Freshly pressed Georgian Bay Red Prince apples were used in this collaboration with a cider producer. The beer was naturally inoculated, then fermented and aged in oak for one year. Its official profile is spritzy and bright, with refined yeast funk, soft spice and tart apple notes accompanying the documented fruit and barrel maturation in the finished beer.

About Bellwoods Brewery
Bellwoods opened in 2012 as a small brewpub in Toronto’s west end. It later added a production brewery in North York. The team makes hoppy beers and lagers alongside fruit-forward sours, barrel-aged wild blends and occasional barrel-aged stouts.
