Fresh citrus, green apple and white flowers meet delicate pastry and cool chalk. The palate is dry and finely textured, with Chardonnay breadth held on a taut mineral line. Very low dosage keeps the finish precise, saline and appetite-awakening. Serve well chilled as an aperitif or alongside oysters, sashimi, delicate shellfish and fresh cheeses.

About Larmandier-Bernier
The Larmandier and Bernier families have deep roots in the Côte des Blancs, and the joined estate took its modern form in 1971. Pierre and Sophie Larmandier developed the domaine around Chardonnay vineyards in Vertus and neighbouring villages. Their sons Arthur and Georges joined the family work in 2017 and 2021.
The estate farms roughly nineteen hectares across the Côte des Blancs, including Vertus, Cramant and Avize. It has worked biodynamically since 1999 and holds Biodyvin certification.
