Nomad The Original Cider 473ml

$9.99

Local, fresh-pressed heritage cider apples and dessert apples are blended for a balanced British Columbia expression. The cider varieties contribute structure and gentle savoury depth, while the dessert fruit keeps the palate bright, open and apple forward. Clean acidity carries the orchard character through a refreshing finish. Serve chilled with roast pork, charcuterie, aged cheddar or a savoury apple tart.

About NOMAD Cider
Mike Petkau and Brad Klammer founded NOMAD Cider in Summerland, working with fresh-pressed apples and pears from their own orchard and Okanagan-Similkameen growers. They use wild fermentation and low-intervention methods, taking inspiration from cider traditions in England, France, Spain, Germany and Quebec. The range includes single-variety, barrel-aged and fruit-infused ciders.
