Fresh citrus, red grapefruit and lemon peel lead a bright, floral nose, followed by spearmint, blood orange and a light candy sweetness. Fourteen cold-distilled botanicals create a softer, less bitter take on amaro, with honeydew melon, green herbs, fennel and aromatic peppercorn moving across the palate. The texture is velvety and gently sweet, balanced by restrained bitterness and soft spice. A medium finish leaves mint candy and clean citrus behind. Serve chilled, over ice or lengthened with soda or sparkling wine.
