New Zealand hops lead with lychee, gooseberry, stone fruit and a lightly vinous lift reminiscent of Sauvignon Blanc. Oat and wheat malts give the hazy gold palate a soft, pillowy shape, while the fruit stays bright and composed through the finish. Refreshing and easy to return to, it pairs well with grilled chicken, fish tacos, mild curries, soft cheeses or citrus-dressed salads.
