A cider take on saison, barrel-fermented with wild yeast from Luppolo Brewing. The palate is dry, funky and complex, with white pepper, citrus peel, hay and wildflowers carried by a lean, lively frame. Its savoury, lightly rustic character stays energetic rather than heavy. Serve chilled with roast chicken, washed-rind cheese, charcuterie or herb-led vegetable dishes.
