Bold but surprisingly smooth, this West Coast double IPA is loaded with Pacific Northwest hops. Citrus, grapefruit and pine lead the aromatic profile, with a floral lift adding detail across the palate. The hop intensity is substantial without becoming cloying, and a crisp resinous finish keeps the beer focused. Serve well chilled with barbecue, blue cheese, spicy burgers or smoked brisket.
