Certified-organic botanicals give the palate a broad, aromatic shape, with cooling licorice, fresh herbs and a soft floral edge carrying into a persistent finish. The texture is generous and designed to open with dilution. For a traditional serve, add chilled water slowly over a sugar cube and allow the spirit to louche; it also brings concentrated botanical depth to absinthe-led cocktails.
