Light, crisp grainy malt keeps the fruit focused, while oats and wheat bring a gentle creaminess without excessive weight. The hazy palate remains lively and sessionable through the finish. Serve cold with tacos, grilled prawns, spicy chicken, mango salad or fresh chevre.
