Macaloney’s Caledonian Mac Na Bràiche Single Malt Spirit

Ripe red berries and tropical fruit lead a generous aroma, followed by toffee, toasted oak and warm wood spice. The palate is smooth and creamy, layering fruitcake, honey and citrus over juicy malt. Dark chocolate and a faint saline note bring definition before a long, oak-led finish. Serve neat, allowing a few minutes in the glass before adding water.

About Macaloney's Island Distillery
Graeme Macaloney founded Macaloney’s Island Distillery on Vancouver Island with support from hundreds of Canadian backers. Based in Saanich near Victoria, he brings his Scottish roots and training to Canadian single malt.
The distillery uses Canadian barley and island water, with distillation in hand-hammered Forsyth copper pot stills. Maturation uses bourbon barrels, Spanish sherry casks and Portuguese wine barrels across different releases. The team also peat-smokes barley on site, experimenting with peat from Vancouver Island, Washington and Islay.
