British Columbia cider apples are co-fermented with Merlot grape skins, bringing ripe red-fruit depth and extra texture to the orchard base. Wild fermentation and fourteen days of skin contact build complexity, followed by six months in stainless steel and Chardonnay barrels. The result is juicy, vivid and gently vinous. Serve chilled with roast chicken, charcuterie, pizza or firm cheese.
