Brown sugar and dried prune give the nose a rich opening, followed by vanilla and charred oak. Full-bodied on the palate, the whisky softens into light rye spice and ripe stone fruit without losing its grain-led character. Northern British Columbia rye and new, heavily charred American white oak create a generous middle, while a crisp, dry finish recalls autumn leaves and gentle wood spice. Serve neat or with a few drops of water to open the fruit and oak.
