Citrus and piney hops lead the aroma, joined by floral tones, fresh bread and roasted barley. The copper-coloured palate is rich with toffee and caramel malt, while citrus bitterness and resin bring the finish back into focus. Despite its depth, the beer remains balanced and sessionable in shape. Serve lightly chilled with roast pork, burgers, aged cheddar, grilled sausages or mushroom dishes.
