Organic British Columbia oats give the spirit a distinct grain character, delicate nuttiness and a quiet hint of vanilla. Triple distillation through copper pot stills and a rectification column keeps the profile pure, while charcoal filtration and coastal mountain water create a smooth, full-rounded texture. The palate is clear and full-bodied, with vanilla, nut and citrus carrying into a long, polished finish. Serve well chilled or in a Martini, where its oat character and creamy weight can remain evident.
