Overnight souring at the brewery brings definition to the grain, while three years in new American white oak build vanilla, caramel and firm oak structure. The palate is smooth and generous, retaining clear corn character beneath the wood. A warm, bourbon-inspired finish carries sweet grain and spice. Serve neat or with a few drops of water.
