Fresh lemon zest, flowers and juniper open the nose, lifted by the bright, aromatic character of shekwasha citrus. The palate is vivid and layered, with guava leaf, goya and roselle bringing green, lightly tropical tones while Balinese long pepper adds a measured spicy edge. A rice-spirit foundation gives the gin a clean texture and gentle underlying sweetness. The finish is crisp and fragrant, returning to citrus, juniper and pepper. Serve in a Martini or with a restrained tonic.
