Brickers Frambo Cider

Fraser Valley raspberries are added halfway through fermentation, bringing vivid fruit to one of the producer’s drier ciders. The palate is semi-dry and crisp, with tart raspberry character set against a clean apple base. Bright acidity keeps the finish refreshing, while the berry fruit gives it plenty of presence. Serve chilled with barbecue pork, roast duck, creamy cheese or a raspberry-led dessert.
