Garofoli 2023 Verdicchio Dcdj
Grachies 2023 Gascogne Blanc
Springfield 2022 Albarino
Only the second Albariño to ever be made in South Africa's Cape. It's crafted sustainably with a 'hands off' approach and only in small quantities. But what little there is tastes fantastic. It's complex and rich, with flavours of apricot, nectarine and that vital saline minerality and bright acidity. Try this with white fish or oysters.
Ricco Bambino 2017 Bianco
Haywire 2023 Pinot Gris King
This wine is 100% Pinot Gris from King Family Vineyards on the Naramata Bench. The batch was whole cluster pressed into concrete tanks for fermentation with natural yeast and ageing on lees. Fresh pears and tropical citrus mix with typical Okanagan savoury notes. Pairs well with a sunny day or a rainy one.
Springfield 2020 Met Ancienne Chardonnay
The Springfield Méthode Ancienne Chardonnay is special because it was made using ancient techniques rarely used in the New World: The fermentation takes place spontaneously with wild yeast in a combination of new and used French oak barrels. There is no fining or filtration. Thus, a wine of distinctive and classical character, it will develop slowly and is made to last a lifetime. Nuances of lime, cointreau and oranges – a big wine with classical character.
Corbillieres 2022 Touraine Sauvignon
A refreshing white wine that boasts vibrant acidity against a backdrop of bright fruit flavours. The nose presents citrus and tropical fruit aromas, followed by a lush palate of green apple and grapefruit, finally ending with a crisp, clean finish. A perfect match for seafood dishes, salads, or as an aperitif.
Pelle 2019 Menetou- Salon Morogues
Made from several parcels in the village of Morogues. Practicing organic, soils are plowed and completely hand-harvested. Aged in a combo of 70% tank and 30% wood (foudres and used 400L barrels) and for 11 months.
A classic style that is released ready to drink. Quite aromatic on the nose with a rich and powerful palate, quite full bodied for a Sauvignon Blanc and makes a great alternative to Sancerre.
