Villalin 2023 Quincy Cuvee Tradition
The Quincy appellation in the east of the Loire Valley has a very long and unique history, having been named France's second AOC following Chateauneuf du Pape.
Husband and wife team make a rich and textured Sauvignon Blanc that shines as bright as its close neighbours from Sancerre and Pouilly Fume. Quincy cultivates citrus notes such as grapefruit, hints of menthol and pepper, and aromas of acacia and white flowers. Its mouthfeel is a combination of fresh and fruity.
Lugny 2022 La Carte Macon
A classic southern Burgundy Chardonnay with lifted aromas of citrus, ripe pear, and exotic fruit layered with subtle honey and almond notes. The palate is medium-bodied and elegantly textured, showing bright acidity and a pronounced mineral core balanced by orchard fruit and a gentle nutty nuance. Clean and expressive, finishing fresh and lightly savoury with the structure to develop added complexity over short-term cellaring.
D’Arenberg 2015/18 Riesling Dry Dam
The Dry Dam Riesling 2015 has exotic aromas of green apple, ripe citrus and white flowers. The palate is quite rich and textural, with intense mandarin and grapefruit flavours. There's a little sweetness, but this is beautifully balanced with tight, youthful acidity, resulting in a long, mouth-watering finish.

Characterized by a high aromatic intensity with an expressive, fresh and very fruity bouquet. It offers clearly defined varietal aromas of green apple and citric scents and presents plenty of minerality and vivacity on the palate, with hints of lemon, grapefruit and apple, a silky sensation and a persistent finish. An especially Atlantic style vintage, very mineral and refreshing.
