A-F Gros 2018/19/20 Pommard 1Er Arvelets
The Pommard 1er Cru Les Arvelets is Pinot Noir from a small plot. Hand harvested grapes are brought back to the cellar in less than 10 minutes. The vinification takes place in enamelled concrete vats and wooden vats. Cold maceration is carried out for approximately 3 to 5 days with a soft pump over. The wood for the oak barrels comes mainly from the forests of Chatillonais and Fontainebleau. This wine is aged on average 18 months, with 65% new barrels. Drink now through 2030.
Villalin 2023 Quincy Cuvee Tradition
The Quincy appellation in the east of the Loire Valley has a very long and unique history, having been named France's second AOC following Chateauneuf du Pape.
Husband and wife team make a rich and textured Sauvignon Blanc that shines as bright as its close neighbours from Sancerre and Pouilly Fume. Quincy cultivates citrus notes such as grapefruit, hints of menthol and pepper, and aromas of acacia and white flowers. Its mouthfeel is a combination of fresh and fruity.

Long and linear on the finish, delivering persistent saline minerality and smoky stone depth that reflect both the intensity and finesse of top-tier Billaud-Simon fruit selection.
Remoissenet 2015 Meursault 1Er Blagny
A rich and structured Meursault showing layered aromas of ripe pear, baked apple, and lemon curd interwoven with hazelnut, toasted brioche, and subtle floral lift. The palate is concentrated and textural, with a creamy mid-palate balanced by bright acidity and a firm mineral backbone that reflects the higher-altitude Blagny site. Long and powerful on the finish, with lingering citrus oil, almond, and chalky tension that will continue to evolve with time in bottle.
Remoissenet 1969 Chevalier L’Arquebuse
A beautifully mature Burgundian expression showing evolved aromatics of dried citrus peel, baked apple, hazelnut, and honeyed wax layered with truffle, spice, and delicate oxidative complexity. The palate is silky and fully integrated, with softened acidity carrying a mellow core of preserved orchard fruit, toasted nuts, and savoury umami depth. Long and contemplative on the finish, unfolding with layers of nutty, earthy nuance and refined tertiary character that speak to its age and quiet complexity. Drink sooner than later.
Guillaume Vrignaud 2023 Chablis
A classic Chablis showing pure aromas of lemon zest, green apple, and white peach layered with subtle white flowers and crushed oyster shell. The palate is taut and mineral-driven, with vibrant acidity and a fine, chalky texture framing clean citrus and orchard fruit. Linear and precise through the finish, with lingering saline lift and stony freshness that reflects its cool-climate clarity and finesse.
Escaravailles 2021 Sablieres Cdr
A classic Southern Rhône red showing expressive aromas of blackberry, black cherry, and ripe plum layered with garrigue herbs, peppery spice, and a hint of licorice. The palate is medium- to full-bodied with supple but present tannins, juicy dark fruit, and a savoury undercurrent shaped by warm Mediterranean sun and stony soils. Generous yet balanced, finishing long and gently rustic with lingering black fruit, dried herbs, and spice.
