Made from old vines up to 100 years old, coming from the most elevated surroundings of Paniza, Carinena. It displays dark fruits such as mulberries, blackberries and hints of dry herbs.

100% Syrah. Sustainably Farmed. Lots of characteristic Northern Rhone black pepper spice and savoury complexity. Sourced from vineyards just outside Saint-Joseph, hence the great price. It's done in a juicy style, offering sappy spice-laced berry flavours on the palate. The spicy note recurs on the long, smooth finish. An exceptional value that is drinking superbly now.
