Le Gin de Christian Drouin
Fresh apple and juniper give the aroma an immediate lift, followed by rose, lemon peel and a fine thread of ginger. The palate is smooth and rounded, layering vanilla, cinnamon, almond and cardamom over bright orchard fruit. Floral citrus keeps the spice precise rather than heavy. The finish is clean and gently warming, with apple, juniper and sweet spice returning in an elegant, aromatic line.
Lind & Lime Gin
Bright lime peel and oily juniper open with immediate freshness. Pink peppercorn brings a lively, fragrant spice, while coriander, cardamom, clove and angelica add layered botanical detail. The palate is rich in texture yet firmly dry, keeping the citrus clear and the spice controlled. The finish remains crisp and balanced, leaving lime zest, juniper, pepper and a gentle cardamom warmth.
Elena Italian Gin
Juniper sets a clear, aromatic lead, joined by fresh citrus peel, alpine herbs and delicate floral notes. The palate is rich and silky, with almond, thyme, mint and chamomile adding layered detail around the core of juniper. Chinotto and citron bring a lightly bitter lift, while angelica and warm spice shape a persistent, herb-led finish that feels polished rather than heavy.
Odd Society Salal Gin 375 mL
Odd Society's iconic Wallflower Gin is infused with British Columbia-grown salal berries to create a West Coast take on the classic British liqueur, sloe gin. Towards the end of every summer, berries are handpicked along coastal B.C., and then steeped in our Wallflower Gin. This year, over 90 per cent of the berries came from remote Haida Gwaii, imparting the 2019 release with wild characteristics that reflect its origin.
Sipsmith London Dry Gin
Floral meadow notes open the aroma, followed by rounded juniper and bright citrus. Dry juniper leads the palate before lemon tart and orange marmalade emerge, bringing a rich, complex citrus line through the middle. The flavours settle into a smooth, balanced and aromatic profile without losing their classic dry shape. The finish returns to spicy juniper, with dryness at the centre and a final hint of lemon tart.

The finish is clean and aromatic, leaving rye spice, evergreen freshness, rose and citrus with steady persistence.
Mirabeau Dry Rosé Gin
Juniper forms the dry, steady core, brightened by fresh lemon and coriander. Orris root adds floral lift, while angelica brings an earthy line beneath the citrus. A grape-based spirit gives the palate a rounder texture and a subtle fruit note without making it sweet. The finish is poised and refreshing, returning to citrus peel, herbs, gentle florals and clean juniper.
The Liberty Distillery Endeavour Gin
On the nose, Endeavour is very complex. It is a compelling gin with bright floral notes underpinned with savoury botanicals on a solid juniper base. On the palate, juniper is first detected which is quickly followed by the subtle interplay of citrus, aromatic botanicals, and lightly brushed with hints of peppery Paradise Seed. Alchemy leads to a seamless, smooth, and lingering finish. Extremely supple and easy to drink on its own; when blended it creates an intriguing cocktail that will delight.

Over 180 years of distilling expertise results in the classic character of a classic gin, Tanqueray. On the nose, juniper is in the foreground, with citrus and coriander; dry and very balanced, with a hint of sweetness and a reserved, elegant delivery of flavours. Good enough to sip or blend into your favourite cocktail.
