Glenfarclas 185th Anniversary Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Sticky toffee pudding, Medjool date and milk chocolate open the aroma, followed by raspberry and airy meringue. The palate is light on its feet, bringing stewed plum, pear and apple into cinnamon and brown sugar. Caramel biscuit turns toward almond biscotti and creamy coffee. The finish is balanced and medium in length, leaving milk chocolate, coffee cream and gentle fruit.

Intense cherry and wild-cherry aromas lead immediately, showing ripe fruit alongside a darker, slightly earthy edge. The palate is creamy and rounded, with concentrated sour-cherry flavour and a deeper fruit tone adding definition through the middle. Whole cherries reinforce the fruit character without obscuring its freshness. The finish is long and unmistakably cherry-driven, lingering with velvety richness and measured warmth.
Lind & Lime Gin
Bright lime peel and oily juniper open with immediate freshness. Pink peppercorn brings a lively, fragrant spice, while coriander, cardamom, clove and angelica add layered botanical detail. The palate is rich in texture yet firmly dry, keeping the citrus clear and the spice controlled. The finish remains crisp and balanced, leaving lime zest, juniper, pepper and a gentle cardamom warmth.
Odd Society Salal Gin 375 mL
Odd Society's iconic Wallflower Gin is infused with British Columbia-grown salal berries to create a West Coast take on the classic British liqueur, sloe gin. Towards the end of every summer, berries are handpicked along coastal B.C., and then steeped in our Wallflower Gin. This year, over 90 per cent of the berries came from remote Haida Gwaii, imparting the 2019 release with wild characteristics that reflect its origin.

The Liberty Distillery Trust Single Grain Whiskey

Almond and walnut bring a savoury, nutty layer, while barley grain keeps the middle grounded and full. The texture is generous without feeling heavy. Vanilla and honey emerge on the smooth, persistent finish, leaving soft wood spice and mellow warmth.
Vaudon VS Cognac
Fresh pear and apricot lead the aroma, joined by vanilla and a light berry brightness. The palate opens supple and delicate, then gains gentle weight as clean white-fruit flavours develop through the middle. A slight liquorice note brings contrast without disturbing the spirit’s balance. The finish is smooth and softly warming, returning to pear, vanilla and restrained fruit sweetness.
Islay Violets 33 Year Old Single Malt
Distinctively floral, with Parma violet, jasmine and lavender joined by candied lemon, singed orange peel and smoky sage. The palate is waxy yet light on its feet, layering violet petals, rosewater and sultana with rosemary, juniper and pine. Mint, vanilla toffee and soft oak spice bring depth without muting the perfume. The finish is long and fresh, fading through grapefruit, green grass, toffee and gentle smoke.
Benromach 10 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Ripe forest fruit and creamy malt lead the aroma, joined by a measured curl of smoke. The palate keeps the fruit and malt in balance, while maturation in sherry and bourbon casks brings depth through the middle without making the whisky feel heavy. The smoky element stays restrained. The finish is warming and composed, returning to forest fruit, creamy malt and quiet smoke.
The Liberty Distillery Endeavour Pink Gin
Delicate rose and raspberry lead the aroma, followed by juniper, coriander and citrus peel. Star anise brings another botanical layer, while rosehip keeps the floral and citrus profile closely joined. The palate is forthright, with juniper and citrus carrying through the middle. The finish is smooth and lingering, leaving rose, raspberry, flowers, citrus and a measured trace of anise.
Bruichladdich 21 YO Black Art 1989
Lush and intriguingly aromatic, with almonds, raisins, red plum and strawberry layered over oak, cocoa and fresh floral notes. The palate is creamy and full, balancing chocolate, nuts and wafer biscuit with a saline edge, lemon brightness and restrained spice. Espresso and soft tannin add depth without making the whisky heavy. The finish turns fresher, carrying mint, grape, tangerine and lingering dark chocolate.

Douglas Laing Old Particular Glen Grant 20 Year Old Single Cask Scotch Whisky
Elegant and quietly expressive, with lime, vanilla and honey opening over sweet malt and a restrained touch of oak. The palate is smooth and balanced, carrying citrus and light spice through a rounded cereal core. Mature wood stays in the background rather than dominating. The finish is medium to long, leaving vanilla, lime, gentle sweetness and seasoned oak in calm proportion.
Arran Sauternes Wine Cask Finish Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Ripe apricot and honeyed melon open with honeysuckle, marzipan and soft vanilla. The palate is generous but lively, balancing honey and sultana with citrus zest, measured spice and a light saline note. Toasted oak gives the fruit a firm frame. The Glendronach 10 Year Old Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Sweet orange and bramble fruit open with chocolate, nutmeg and raisin. The palate is rich but measured, carrying red-berry compote and mandarin through creamy vanilla and milk chocolate. Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso cask influence gives the malt its rounded fruit and polished spice. The finish is long and warming, leaving sultana, toasted oak, dark fruit and a gentle resinous note.
