A fresh Vinho Verde with citrus, peach and yellow plum, lifted by lemongrass and a clear mineral note. The palate layers stone fruit and restrained tropical tones over bright acidity, giving the wine both texture and drive. Clean and versatile on the finish, it is particularly good with oysters, goat’s cheese, grilled fish or gently spiced Thai dishes.
