A structured Langhe red with cherry, dried raspberry and plum set against cedar, tobacco and earthy spice. The palate is medium- to full-bodied, with firm tannins softened by a rounded dark-fruit core. Savoury and composed after some air, it finishes with gentle spice and enough depth for braised meats, roast lamb, mushrooms or aged cheese.
