The palate is rounded and generous, shaped by sun-ripened Grenache and the savoury imprint of a stony, sun-baked plateau. A supple, characterful red with ample fruit, Provencal depth and a quietly spicy finish.

Blackberry, dried red cherry, strawberry and huckleberry lead a generous mix of red and dark fruit. The palate is concentrated and full without losing freshness, with lightly grippy tannins carrying the fruit into a firm, persistent finish. Serve slightly cool with grilled duck, roast lamb, a well-seared rib steak or a board of mature cheeses.
