Red and black fruit, raspberry, blueberry and cherry are joined by liquorice, dried wild herbs and mineral tones. The palate is soft, creamy, fruity, round and concentrated, with a long finish. The vineyard is planted mainly to Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec on limestone slopes beneath brown clay. The wine ages for twelve months in French oak barrels.

Pear, apple and peach lead into lemon zest, vanilla and warm brioche. Pinot Noir gives the palate structure, while Chardonnay brings lift and the Meunier component rounds the fruit. Fine bubbles, clean acidity and a gently creamy texture carry the wine through a dry, balanced finish. The large format is made for sharing; serve well chilled with oysters, smoked salmon, fried seafood or roast chicken.
