Roasted almond and walnut skin open with apple, grass and an earthy note. The palate is distinctive and savoury, carrying orchard fruit through salted nuts, green bean and a firm vegetal edge. A clay-like character gives the malt an unusual texture without masking its grain. The finish is medium in length, leaving earth, nuts, apple and gentle bitterness.
