Wunsch & Mann

The Mann family’s winegrowing roots around Wettolsheim reach back to 1793; Joseph Wunsch and Joseph Mann established the modern house in 1948. Fourth-generation Thierry and Maxime Mann run the estate, with Thierry on the commercial side and Maxime overseeing the vineyards and winemaking.

They work about twenty hectares around Wettolsheim and Colmar, including parcels in Steingrubler, Hengst and Pfersigberg. The family began converting its vines to organic farming in 2008 and handles grape selection, pressing, winemaking and ageing in its own Wettolsheim cellars.
