The finish is medium-long and warming, with gentle smoke settling over dry oak, malt and lingering dark fruit.

American Whiskey
Light in colour and fruit-led, with white-wine lift, soft florals and vanilla over fresh rye grain. The palate begins with a coppery pot-still tang before moving through orchard fruit, mint and a gently medicinal note. Rye spice grows steadily rather than arriving all at once. The finish is dry and persistent, carrying grain, mint and warm spice with a leaner, more delicate profile than new-oak rye.

American Whiskey
Rye spice leads from the start, backed by sweet oak, vanilla and a light floral note. The palate is direct and energetic, bringing white pepper, cinnamon and resin through a firm layer of wood. A faint cherry note appears as the texture turns drier. The finish is long and warming, with cinnamon, vanilla and charred oak lingering after the brighter grain flavours recede.
