AboutWinemaker's Cut

Michal Mosny and Martina Mosna brought their Central European wine background to Oliver in the Okanagan, where they founded Winemaker’s Cut. The name comes from the idea of a director’s cut, reflecting the choices they make from vineyard selection through blending. Classical music is part of their working life at the winery.

Deadman Lake Vineyard, established in 2005 between Oliver and Osoyoos, is the main estate site, with fruit also drawn from other Okanagan vineyards. Their approach includes dry farming where conditions allow and minimal intervention in the cellar.

Winemaker’s Cut 2019 Rosé

Canadian Rosé
$27.99
Field berries, candied strawberry and white peach lead, joined by watermelon and a gentle floral lift. The palate is crisp yet creamy, with bright berry fruit and citrus framed by mouthwatering minerality. A light savoury note gives the fruit shape without adding weight. Dry and refreshing, it closes cleanly with tart strawberry, peach and a lingering citrus edge.
