Windfall Cider

Jeff and Nathaly founded Windfall after years of experimenting at home, inspired by Spanish cider. The name recalls Jeff’s childhood in Ontario, shaking apples from trees while his mother gathered the fallen fruit. Their Vancouver cidery works with farmers across British Columbia for apples, juice and other local ingredients. The team experiments with different yeasts, wild fermentation, barrel ageing and blending.
