AboutWild Lot Farm Distillery
Ryan and Taylor left corporate life in 2020 and moved to Prince Edward County to build Wild Lot Farm Distillery. They opened in June 2023 on a 35-acre property in Sophiasburgh, converting an old dairy barn and tractor shed for production and hospitality.
The distillery makes small-batch spirits and full-strength canned cocktails, with several servings in each can. It uses Canadian grain for its base spirits and works with Canadian farms and small businesses for ingredients such as fresh-pressed juices, maple syrup and coffee.
Wild Lot Espresso Martini
Canadian Ready-To-Drink
Cold-brew espresso leads with a deep roasted aroma and a clean, concentrated coffee profile. Vodka provides structure, while espresso liqueur rounds the palate and amber maple syrup adds a measured richness without obscuring the roast. The finish is smooth, bittersweet and gently maple-toned. Shake well with ice and strain into a chilled coupe, or serve thoroughly chilled; a small dash of cream can soften the edges for a more dessert-like style.
