Craig and Kathryn Walt Hall launched WALT in 2012, focusing on Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. The name honours Kathryn’s parents, Bob and Dolores Walt, whose Mendocino vineyard introduced her to winegrowing. The WALT team works with growers along the Pacific coast for Pinot Noir, while its Chardonnay centres on Sonoma.
