Dark garnet colour accompanies ripe cherry tomato, grilled beef, chimichurri and black peppercorn. The wine is bone-dry and medium-bodied, with a satiny texture and crisp acidity. Red currant, tart red cherry, grilled green herbs and cracked pepper appear through a medium-length finish. The Cabernet Sauvignon comes from Chile's Central Valley; tannins are medium and grippy, and alcohol is 13.5 percent.
