Vinyes Singulars

Vinyes Singulars began in 2009 in Penedès, on land whose family farming history the estate traces to 1405. Its 120-hectare farm includes forty hectares of vines alongside cereals, olives and orchards, spread across five Alt Penedès municipalities.

Traditional local grape varieties appear in skin-contact and ancestral-method sparkling wines. The wines are made without added sulphites or other winemaking additives, and bottled without filtration or clarification.
