Viña Echeverría

Viña Echeverría is a family winery in Molina, on the eastern side of Chile’s Curicó Valley. After returning in 1979, Roberto Echeverría replanted the estate and rebuilt the winery, releasing its first wines internationally in 1993. He works alongside his four children, with Roberto Echeverría Jr leading winemaking since 2001.

The 65-hectare vineyard is divided into plots of half a hectare or less, allowing pruning, irrigation and picking dates to be tailored to each block. Grapes are harvested by hand, and the old raulí-wood vat room has been preserved as a museum alongside the modern cellar.
