Anjou pear, cantaloupe and fennel pollen accompany guava, apricot, cocoa butter, orange blossom and aniseed. The palate is bright, medium-bodied and creamy, with fresh white fruit, green apple, stone and sage. Viura makes up ninety-one percent of the blend, joined by Tempranillo Blanco and Garnacha Blanca. The Viura is aged in French oak, while the other varieties are aged in stainless steel, before a lemon-curd finish.
