Vivid pink colour accompanies wild strawberry, elderflower and a soft stream of bubbles. The palate is fresh and dry, with eleven percent alcohol. Merlot and Raboso provide the grape base, while the finished wine is certified organic and vegan. Suggested pairings include fresh cheese, cured meats and fish dishes.
