Vignobles Fontan

A peppery, gently aromatic nose leads into vanilla, cinnamon and warm spice. The palate is rounded and composed, with the oak bringing structure rather than overt sweetness. Blending several mature eaux-de-vie gives the spirit an even texture and measured depth, while the youngest component has spent at least five years in cask. The finish is warming and persistent, carrying vanilla, pepper and baking spice. Serve neat in a tulip-shaped glass after dinner, allowing a few minutes for the aromatics to open.
