AboutVignoble de la Jarnoterie
Carine and Didier Rezé continue five generations of family winegrowing at Vignoble de la Jarnoterie, established in Saint-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil in 1893. The estate’s 26 hectares are planted with Cabernet Franc for red and rosé wines.
South-facing vines grow on siliceous-clay soils, sheltered from northern winds by forest. The estate holds HVE3 environmental certification and uses partial grass cover and leaf thinning in the vineyard.
Vignoble de la Jarnoterie 2023 Préludise Rosé Saint-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil
French Rosé
Bright and crisp, this dry rosé brings red-currant freshness, pepper and acidity. It is made entirely from Cabernet Franc grown on sand over clay in the Loire Valley. The wine is produced by the saignée method and fermented in stainless steel. The vineyards are farmed sustainably under HEV3, and the bottling closes with natural cork.
