AboutVigneti Tardis

Campanian grower and winemaker Bruno de Conciliis and London sommelier Jack Lewens founded Vigneti Tardis in 2017. Their dry-farmed vineyards lie a few kilometres from the Cilento coast, on limestone, sandstone and clay, with sea breezes moderating the warmth.

Fiano, Aglianico and Aglianicone are central to a range whose seven core wines take their names from the days of the week. In the cellar, the partners use stainless steel and older oak, keeping extraction and sulphur additions low.

Vigneti Tardis 2022 Mercoledì Fiano Paestum Bianco

Italian White
$44.99
Fiano grown on alluvial and clay soils is destemmed and macerated overnight. The juice is then pressed into stainless steel for fermentation and élevage. The wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered, with just over thirty parts per million of sulphur dioxide. The vines are in Campania, and the wine is classified as Paestum Bianco. The project began as a collaboration between a local grower and a British sommelier.
