Vignerons d'Aghione

Vermentinu from sandy vineyards near the sea is harvested early. This extra-brut sparkling white combines elements of the ancestral and closed-tank Charmat methods. Fine, sustained bubbles accompany mineral, floral, citrus and candied-fruit notes. The palate is fresh and airy, with a citrus finish. It can be served as an aperitif or alongside oysters, seafood pasta, salmon canapés or strawberries.
