Made from Grenache, it includes forty percent whole bunches and spends ten months in older oak. Fruit, freshness, fine tannin and savoury detail come together in a precise, well-defined profile.

Pure Chardonnay brings sourdough bread, oatmeal and waxed lemon, with a creamy note from full malolactic fermentation. The palate is rich and rounded, with underlying energy and mineral character. Lemon and orange sit alongside freshly baked bread, spice and leesy complexity, while integrated acidity carries the smooth texture into a gently savoury close. The overall profile remains generous, layered and composed.

South African White
Flinty reduction opens alongside peach, soft citrus and hay. The palate is taut yet carries real weight, with dense fruit, snappy acidity and a salty-savoury finish. A dry blend of Chenin Blanc and Clairette Blanche, it was naturally fermented, whole-bunch pressed and matured in barrel for ten months. The final profile brings dense fruit, firm freshness and savoury detail together in a distinctive white.
