Upside Cider makes cider on its farm in Kelowna, using its own apples alongside fruit from neighbouring growers. Co-founder and orchard manager Isaac comes from a farming family with roots in Cawston and British Columbia’s organic-growing community. The cidery selects fresh, crisp apples from controlled-atmosphere storage for pressing.
