Wild strawberry and raspberry lead, followed by cranberry, tart cherry and a gently earthy rhubarb note. The palate is dry and vivid, with bright acidity carrying the red fruit over a cool stony mineral line. A light creamy texture softens the edges without dulling the freshness, leaving a clean, precise finish with plenty of coastal lift.
