Black fruit, prune, liquorice and spice lead a generous, dry red with a distinctly savoury edge. Present acidity keeps the medium body in balance, while smooth texture carries the dark fruit through a clean, warming finish. Straightforward but composed, it is well suited to duck confit, grilled pork, pizza or tomato-rich pasta.
Tollo 2025 Trebbiano d’Abruzzo
Pale gold in the glass, with citrus, white peach and pear joined by fresh herbs and flowers. The palate is dry, medium-bodied and bright, its clean fruit carried by lively acidity. A lightly spicy almond note brings savoury definition to the finish. Serve well chilled with grilled fish, soft cheese, shellfish or a simple herb-led pasta.
